To connect your ASIC via WIFI, you will need a device called a bridge. This device allows you to retrieve the WIFI signal from your router and transmit it to another device via Ethernet.
Many devices can perform this function, but we recommend the VONETS WiFi Bridge/Repeater for its convenience.
Power the bridge by connecting it via a USB cable.
From your computer, connect to the VONETS_** WIFI network with the password 12345678.
Log in with the username "admin" and password "admin".
Choose Wizard.
Select the WIFI network you want to connect your miner to, then click Next.
NOTE: The Vonet bridge only works on the 2.4GHz frequency. Nowadays, routers typically offer two Wi-Fi networks, one operating on 2.4 GHz and the other on 5 GHz.
Enter the password for your WIFI network in the "Source WIFI hotspot password" field. If you do not want to use your Vonet bridge to extend your WIFI network, check the "Disable Hotspot" box. Otherwise, leave it unchecked.
You can then click Apply.
Finally, click on reboot to restart the bridge. It will take a few minutes to reboot.
The bridge should connect to your router and appear under the name "VONETS.COM" or a similar name. If it still does not connect after a few minutes, you may need to unplug/replug the bridge.
Once the bridge is connected, connect the Ethernet cable from the bridge to your ASIC, and then plug the ASIC into the power outlet. You can then access the ASIC interface in the same way as if it were directly connected to your router via an Ethernet cable.
